Our honey Burak, is from the East of Portugal in Alentejo, produced by our local beekeepers. It is 100% Organic. This means it is unpasteurised, as our honey is never heated in the manufacturing process, ensuring the health benefits the honey possesses are maintained for the consumer.
Burak Honey does not include any additional substances or additives, our hives are distanced from all polluted areas and our bees diet consists of their own honey. All of the above warrant for our Organic Certificate, confirming our honey prevails for our customers.

Our honey is not only Raw and Organic, but also Multifloral. This means the honey derives from a diversified range of flowers. Numerous flowers thereby mean the quality of the honey increases, as the bees themselves have incorporated the specific health benefits of each flower in to the honey.

Our Multifloral honey has a creamy flavour, which can change from batch to batch due to the modification of the flowers.
